Liane Muschter

Dr. Liane Muschter advises national and international investors on real estate transactions (purchases and sales, asset and share deals), project developments and their financing. This also includes portfolio transactions (including pan-European portfolios), sale-and-lease-back structures and Islamic financing structures.

She is best known for advising regulated vehicles (including special and mutual funds, investment companies, insurances) on real estate and investment law in connection with their direct and indirect real estate investments. Further, she demonstrates strong technical knowledge and industry experience in supporting Asian, Northern American and European investors within their inbound investments in Germany.

The real estate team led by Liane was awarded the JUVE Award as "Law Firm of the Year 2019 for Real Estate and Construction Law" in 2019.

Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie in 2006, Liane worked for other leading international law firms in Frankfurt and Hamburg from 2001 onwards.
