The Seattle office has been serving as our U.S. headquarters since 1912.
We advise leading companies on business-critical matters.
Seattle is home to many of the world’s most recognizable and respected companies and consistently ranks among the fastest-growing cities in the United States. Seattle is also the U.S. center of operations for Ashurst Perkins Coie.
We opened our first office in Seattle in 1912, and our lawyers have advised many of the region’s leading companies on their most important matters for decades. Today, the firm’s Seattle office includes more than 350 lawyers, making it the largest law firm office in the city. We were also the only law firm ranked among Puget Sound Business Journal's 2024 "Best Workplaces" in the extra-large company category.
While the Seattle office is proud to represent many of the region’s leading companies and institutions, we are equally proud of our pro bono work and support for leading community organizations. Our pro bono efforts have repeatedly been recognized by a broad coalition of community organizations. Most recently, our office received the 2025 Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle Community Coalition Award for community leadership and impact, the 2024 Pro Bono Law Firm Award from the Eastside Legal Assistance Program for volunteer work serving King County residents, the American Bar Association's Champions for Disability Inclusion in the Legal Profession award, and the Loren Miller Bar Association’s 2024 Excellence in the Legal Profession Award.
