Our London Bishopsgate office drives corporate growth across Europe.
We pair technology-focused counsel with an award-winning program for developing future legal talent.
Located in the heart of the city’s financial district, our London office focuses on technology‑driven issues across the UK and EU, spanning corporate, technology, antitrust, and IP matters. The office supports clients’ growth through international opportunities, providing a gateway to a fully integrated service with the United States.
Launched in 2024, the office has grown to nearly 40 lawyers and business professionals. The team advises financial institutions and global technology companies, including high‑growth European businesses, their founders, and investors.
The London team delivers strong client outcomes. We advise on transactions from emerging and growth capital to private equity and strategic acquisitions; provide integrated regulatory and policy advice across competition, privacy and data protection, AI, cyber, and IP; and resolve complex patent, competition, and regulatory disputes.
Innovation drives the office’s approach. The team combines technology‑focused legal counsel with the use of AI to develop regulatory and compliance tools for clients and to streamline document production, drafting, and process management.
Our London partners are recognized in leading market directories, including Legal 500, Chambers Global 2026, Chambers Europe 2026, and Chambers UK 2026 for leadership in complex transactional, competition and regulatory, AI, privacy, and IP and patent litigation matters. Our team is ranked for major cross‑border M&A and EU and UK competition law, including merger control, foreign investment reviews, and digital regulation.
The office’s commitment to innovation extends to talent development. The firm’s pioneering Legal Business Analyst Programme won the 2025 Financial Times Innovative Lawyers Europe Award for Innovation in Training and Development. The office also partners with Zero Gravity to recruit high‑potential graduates from low‑opportunity backgrounds and has been recognized as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ in 2025 and 2026.
