Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Panattoni on the Sale of Two Logistics Parks to P3
Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised Panattoni on the sale of two logistics parks located in Essen and the Greater Frankfurt area to P3. The two assets comprise a combined lettable area of approximately 43,700 sqm.
Panattoni Park Essen is situated at Lüschershofstraße 68–70 and encompasses approximately 20,200 sqm of logistics space, 1,470 sqm of office space and 1,450 sqm of mezzanine space on a site of approximately 42,900 sqm. The property has been occupied since 2021 by online retailer Euziel, primarily for the storage and handling of office and household furniture.
The second asset is Panattoni Park Frankfurt Süd, located within Businesspark Wörrstadt. The facility is situated at Sophie-Opel-Straße 10 on a site of approximately 37,700 sqm and comprises approximately 18,160 sqm of logistics space, 1,060 sqm of office space and 1,390 sqm of mezzanine space. The sole tenant is Hellmann Worldwide Logistics.
