Australia and the United Kingdom require certain firms to publish a statement setting out the actions they are taking to manage Modern Slavery risks.
In accordance with those requirements, statements have been issued on behalf of Ashurst LLP, Ashurst Business Services Limited, Ashurst Australia and Ashurst Australia Servies Pty Limited in its capacity as trustee for the Travinto Services Trust, for the activities of the Ashurst Group as it existed at the time each statement was issued.
Please see our 2025 statement below which relates to activities undertaken by those entities for the period 1 May 2024 to 30 April 2005.
The 2026 statement will be published for the period 1 May 2025 to 30 April 2026 no later than October 2026.
