To help us advance this commitment, the firm has introduced the SpeakUp online portal where individuals may raise concerns relating to workplace conduct, regulatory non-compliance or where they can raise a whistleblowing disclosure. This portal is supported by a firmwide commitment to training and communication in relation to these elements. The current portal can be used while we work towards full firm-wide introduction of the SpeakUp@AshurstPerkinsCoie platform.

Supporting jurisdictional policies relating to the portal and its usage are also available, Data Privacy, Whistleblowing, Equal Opportunities, Discrimination and Harassment.
