- Advised Tritax Big Box REIT plc on its £3.9 billion all-share merger with UK Commercial Property REIT Limited.
- Advised Jefferies on the expansion of its global strategic alliance with Sumitomo Mitsui Financial Group, Inc., Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC), and SMBC Nikko Securities Inc.
- Advised the selling consortium on the €5 billion sale of U.K. power network operator Electricity North West to Iberdrola.
- Advised Pango Group on its $1.7 billion merger with Total Security to form Point Wild.
- Advised the bondholders group of Atos SE, a French-listed global leader in digital transformation and cybersecurity, in connection with its 2025 takeover of the company and related M&A transactions, involving €5 billion in value at stake and jurisdictions including France, the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Italy, and Australia.

- Advised Broookfield/GIC on its A$4 billion take-private acquisition of National Storage.
- Advised Soul Patts on its proposed A$14 billion merger with Brickworks.
- Advised CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust in its SGD 3.9 billion acquisition of Paragon, an integrated development comprising a retail podium and medical and office towers—the transaction is the largest single-asset commercial real estate transaction in Singapore.
- Advised Haichang Ocean Park Holdings Ltd. (HKEX: 02255), a leading Chinese provider of integrated oceanic culture-based tourism and leisure services, on its issuance of 5,100,000,000 new shares to Sunriver Starrysea Tourism (Cayman) Co., Ltd., a cultural tourism investor and operator, for approximately HKD 2.295 billion.
