Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised abrdn Investments Deutschland AG on the legal aspects of the sale of a fully let mixed-use property in Munich-Feldmoching.
The seller of the property at Walter-Sedlmayr-Platz is abrdn Investments Deutschland AG. The buyer is Dawonia, which acquired the asset by way of an asset deal for its long-term portfolio. Closing took place in early June 2026.
The property, which was built in 2017, is used as a boarding house and staff accommodation and also includes retail space. The building comprises approximately 7,275 square metres of lettable space, 201 rooms, additional retail, storage and ancillary areas, as well as parking spaces. The property is fully let and benefits from a modern building condition, a tenant base with strong credit quality and long-term secured lease agreements. Its location in Munich’s Feldmoching district offers good access to public transport and is situated in an established urban submarket.
