NEW YORK (November 3, 2025) - Perkins Coie announced today that it advised Insight Digital Partners II on the successful completion of its $172.5 million initial public offering (IPO) on Nasdaq through the sale of 17.25 million units at $10 each.
The IPO included the full exercise of a 2.25-million-unit overallotment option. Insight Digital Partners II is a blank-check vehicle and plans to use the IPO proceeds to acquire companies operating in the digital-economy infrastructure and related sectors. Insight Digital Partners II listed on Nasdaq under the ticker DYORU.
