Introduction

Jordan represents clients in capital markets transactions, corporate governance, and securities law compliance.

Jordan Leon works with clients across a range of industries, including hospitality, mining, and pharmaceuticals. He has played a crucial role in the formation, sponsor structuring, stock exchange listing, and initial public offerings of special purpose acquisition companies. He provides critical support on public M&As, helping to ensure the preparation of documents and registration statements, and coordinating with banks and legal counsel to meet deal timelines. Jordan also represents global financial institutions in initial public offerings and follow-on offerings. 

In addition, Jordan manages post-public company obligations, including annual shareholders’ meetings, periodic reports such as Form 10-K and Form 20-F, Section 16 reporting, transfer agent and stock exchange communications, and corporate governance policies. He is also an active contributor to the legal community, drafting and publishing articles on regulatory developments in the capital markets space.
