Adam is a member of the Corporate Law practice at Ashurst Perkins Coie.
Adam Martin earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, where he was a member of The University of Chicago Business Law Review. While in law school, he participated in the school’s Innovation Clinic, which provides transactional and regulatory legal assistance to startups and venture capital firms.
