LONDON (January 16, 2026)—Perkins Coie advised Cleanova Topco Limited, a leading global manufacturer of advanced industrial filtration solutions, on its strategic acquisitions of Airflotek and TES-Clean Air Systems, two U.S.-based providers of mission-critical cleanroom and ultra-clean air filtration solutions.
These acquisitions are part of the global clean tech manufacturer’s continuing expansion and represent the fourth and fifth acquisitions completed by Cleanova since 2023. They follow the transformative addition of Micronics Engineered Filtration Group in 2025. The transactions bring together highly complementary businesses with a shared focus on performance, reliability, and contamination control, reinforcing Cleanova’s position as the world’s leading independent industrial filtration platform.
Perkins Coie’s advisory team was led by London Managing Partner Ian Bagshaw, together with partners Craig Fagan and Richard Dusenbury and counsel Ivo Basoski, and included associates Alexander Pascualy, John Schoppert and Adam Martin, as well as legal business analysts Sumaiyah Patel and Ana Jurubescu.
