Ian's entrepreneurial skills and successes as a corporate lawyer establish him as a leader at the highest level of the private equity market at both U.K. and U.S. law firms.

In his more than 30-year career, Ian Bagshaw has led landmark deals across multiple jurisdictions in industries such as aircraft and auto leasing, healthcare, solar energy, and software. Ian's counsel to clients is informed by his time in private practice, as well as nearly three years of experience as a strategic adviser outside the legal industry. 

Ian has held positions on the boards of emerging and mature companies, working with investors and CEOs to find solutions to transactional problems. He also served as chair for Zero Gravity, an award-winning U.K. startup that propels talented low-opportunity students to gain access to the United Kingdom's top universities and careers.
