Introduction

Sascha is highly experienced in regulatory, energy and sustainability matters with a focus on advising on infrastructure projects across their full lifecycle.

Sascha Arnold advises clients in the infrastructure sector. He focuses on project development, energy transition topics (decarbonization, green hydrogen, emission trading and CCS) and sustainability matters. He helps clients navigate various regulatory matters, such as permitting, disputes with governments, tenders, environmental liabilities, sustainability reporting or supply chain compliance.

Sascha studied law at Bucerius Law School in Germany and Hong Kong University and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Berkeley in California.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie in 2025, Sascha worked for 10+ years at another international law firm.
