Nick is a corporate partner in London who focuses on the energy and natural resources sectors. He focuses on M&A and ECM/corporate finance, advising companies and investment banks/brokers. He has extensive experience of international transactions and spent two years as managing partner of the firms Middle East business (based in Abu Dhabi).
