Perkins Coie Advises Com Laude Group Limited on Landmark Transition in Acquisition of Markmonitor
LONDON (January 16, 2026)—Perkins Coie advised Com Laude Group, a global supplier of corporate domain services, on its acquisition of Markmonitor, a tech-enabled business services company from Newfold Digital, in a landmark transaction of $450 million.
For more than 25 years, both Com Laude and Markmonitor have been recognised as “white glove” leaders in corporate domain services, providing security-focused domain management and brand protection solutions to blue-chip companies worldwide. The transaction brings together two highly complementary businesses with a shared commitment to innovation, client service, and digital security.
The cross‑jurisdictional Perkins Coie Mergers & Acquisitions team was led by Ian Bagshaw, Craig Fagan and Nate Ford.
