Nate Ford advises private equity sponsors, founders, senior management, and public and private companies on complex corporate transactions. These include domestic and cross-border M&A, dispositions, and growth equity financings. He has worked on a high volume of leveraged buyouts and recapitalizations in a range of industries, including healthcare services, retail and consumer, software, and tech-enabled business services. 

Nate frequently represents the portfolio companies of his private equity fund clients in strategic add-on acquisitions and operational execution.
