    Ashurst Perkins Coie advises Bertram Capital on sale of Tactacam

    DENVER (October 2, 2026)––Ashurst Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Bertram Capital in its sale of Tactacam to private equity firm GTCR.  

    Tactacam develops cellular-connected camera technology for outdoor use, serving more than one million subscribers nationwide. Their flagship REVEAL brand is a category-leading line of cellular trail cameras trusted by hunters and land managers across the country. Their Defend brand extends the same cellular platform into property security, delivering live-view monitoring of homes, gates, barns, job sites, and other remote locations without the need for Wi-Fi, wiring, or professional installation.  
    Bertram Capital is a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle-market companies. The sale of Tactacam is the first exit from Bertram Capital Fund V, the firm's 2023-vintage flagship fund. More information on the sale can be found here.
