Introduction

Miriam is a dual-qualified lawyer and tax adviser focusing on complex cross-border M&A, private equity, real estate and financing transactions.

Miriam Staatz is a counsel in our tax practice in Frankfurt.

She advises domestic and multinational clients on all aspects of national and international taxation with a focus on M&A, private equity, real estate and financing transactions. She also regularly advises clients on tax rulings, tax audits, and tax disputes.

Miriam is qualified to practice both as a lawyer and a certified tax advisor. She has been frequently recommended as "One to Watch" by Handelsblatt / Best Lawyers in their editions 2022 through 2026. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Miriam worked in other major international law firms.
