Minkeun Woo has extensive experience advising on a variety of domestic and cross-border M&A matters, including taxable and tax-free mergers, private equity investments, sale of start-up companies, Qualified Small Business Stock issues, Special Purpose Acquisition Company deals, and joint ventures. She also has experience advising on debt and equity issuances, real estate matters, and corporate restructurings.
