Perkins Coie Guides Czarnowski Collective in its Sale to Global Investment Firm Platinum Equity
CHICAGO (February 3, 2026)—Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised Czarnowski Collective, an experiential event and marketing services company, on its sale to global investment firm Platinum Equity.
Czarnowski Collective was founded in 1947 and is headquartered in Chicago. Owned and operated by the Nagle family, the company has grown into an international network of integrated studios that provides end-to-end solutions for live brand experiences, including trade shows, corporate events, meetings, conferences, and product showcases. Czarnowski Collective’s services include brand strategy and creative development; exhibit design and fabrication; onsite installation and support; and logistics, storage, and equipment rental. The company supports clients across every phase of event execution and helps brands connect with audiences through immersive, thoughtfully designed experiences.
