Overview
Introduction
Marina Arntzen has many years of experience advising on all types of national and cross-border corporate transactions and joint ventures.
Marina Arntzen has particular authority on transactions in the energy, infrastructure and tech sectors, as well as a focus on healthcare and ESG-related transactional work.
Marina studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, the European Law School Maastricht and the Universidad Jaén. She obtained a Master of Laws degree at the University of London. She was admitted to the German bar in 2013.
Prior to joining our firm in 2024, Marina worked in another international law firm and had been on secondment to AIG Europe Limited in Frankfurt and London.
