Laura works with a broad range of financial sponsor, private credit and bank clients primarily in the infrastructure and energy sector to structure complex financing transactions.

Laura Ho is an experienced finance partner who advises clients across the capital structure, with a particular focus on the infrastructure and energy sectors. She works with financial sponsors, private credit funds and banks on the structuring and execution of complex debt transactions, including acquisition and holdco facilities, LTV-based portfolio and platform structures, and back-leverage arrangements, as well as a broad range of other bespoke financing solutions.
