Joe Bailey is an experienced deal lawyer who represents businesses in M&A, divestitures, financings, and joint ventures. In addition to his transactional practice, Joe advises startups, growth companies, and family businesses on their corporate legal needs. Joe’s clients span a range of industries, including infrastructure, waste management, telecom, fintech, software, food and beverage, retail, and shipping.
