François Hellot

François is a partner and practice head corporate transactions CEMEA. He focuses his practice on private equity and M&A transactions, as well as public M&A and equity capital markets, with experience in both French and international matters. He has extensive experience representing investment funds, family offices, issuers and managers in private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, venture capital and growth capital.

François has experience working in a wide range of industries, including the biotech, deeptech, telecoms and digital sectors, with an emphasize on cross-border transactions with the US and the African continent.

He is an avocat at the Paris Bar.
