Christopher advises public companies on complex governance and securities matters and capital markets transactions.
Christopher Wassman delivers actionable, business-minded guidance to companies involving complex and emerging SEC disclosure matters and reporting obligations, annual shareholder meetings, stock exchange listing compliance, and corporate governance issues.
Christopher regularly counsels issuers on securities offerings, including initial public offerings, underwritten equity and debt offerings, Rule 144A transactions, exchange offers, and private placements, as well as public company acquisitions. He represents privately held and publicly traded companies across industries, from late-stage private companies to emerging growth companies to Fortune 500 companies.
