Introduction

Chris represents employers in labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, restrictive covenant, and breach of contract disputes.

Christopher Katsimagles counsels employers on various aspects of the employer-employee relationship, including personnel policies and practices, employee discipline and terminations, leave management and accommodations, and wage-and-hour compliance. He also   leads internal investigations for employers related to workplace discrimination, harassment, and retaliation allegations. 

Before entering private practice, Chris worked as assistant corporation counsel for the New York City Law Department. In this role, he defended the city and its law enforcement personnel in federal civil rights claims, investigated employment discrimination and retaliation claims for city agencies, and defended the city in related litigation, serving as first chair for more than two dozen administrative trials.
