Introduction
Andrew guides major public and private companies through corporate legal challenges and strategic growth opportunities.
Andrew B. Moore assists corporate clients with public offerings, corporate finance, securities regulation, corporate governance, and M&As. He regularly advises public companies on best corporate governance practices, disclosure matters, and SEC compliance. Andrew has particular experience with securities offerings, including initial and follow-on public offerings and shelf offerings of both debt and equity securities. His clients include industry leaders such as Avalara, Boise Cascade, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Idaho Power Company, Microsoft Corporation, OfferUp, Porch Group, Inc., Puget Sound Energy, Weyerhaeuser Company, and Zillow, Inc.
Andrew also has extensive M&A experience, advising on numerous transactions for clients across a range of industries, including representing Microsoft Corporation in numerous deals over more than a decade, and Costco in its $1 billion acquisition of logistics company Innovel Solutions.
