Perkins Coie Advises Puget Energy, Inc. on $900 Million Junior Subordinated Notes Offering
SEATTLE (March 31, 2026)—Perkins Coie announced Tuesday that it represented Puget Energy, Inc. in connection with its $900 million 144A/Reg. S junior subordinated notes offering with registration rights.
The offering consisted of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 7.000% fixed-to-fixed reset rate junior subordinated notes due in 2056, Series A, and $450 million aggregate principal amount of 7.250% fixed-to-fixed reset rate junior subordinated notes due in 2056, Series B.
The Perkins Coie team was led by Partner Andrew Moore, Of Counsel Andrew Bor, Counsel Erin Gordon and Associates Benjamin Dale, Ryan Tursi, and Sara Cho.
Puget Energy, Inc. is an energy services holding company incorporated in the state of Washington in 1999.
