Global law firm Ashurst Perkins Coie has advised HSBC Innovation Bank on the provision of Term Loan, RCF and Banking Facilities to Gan Integrity, an Apax Partners portfolio company.
Founded in 2004, GAN Integrity is a U.S. and Denmark-based provider of integrated ethics and compliance management software solutions.
