Brandon Kaster

Brandon Kaster's transactional practice spans M&A, private equity and strategic investments, venture capital, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. He also counsels companies on governance structures and organizational management. 

Clients turn to Brandon as outside counsel for both day-to-day and strategic corporate needs. He works with companies across the full corporate life cycle, assisting with financings, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and other business-critical matters. 

Brandon is committed to pro bono work, counseling clients on immigration matters and serving as a volunteer guardian ad litem in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois. He also serves as a member of the Next Gen Board of the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum.
