Sean Phelan represents alternative lenders, private credit funds and banks, as well as private equity sponsors and public and private companies, on U.S. and cross-border debt finance transactions. His work covers leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings and other financing transactions across the private credit, syndicated and asset-based lending markets. Sean is also a go-to advisor on bespoke and structured capital solutions that fall outside the traditional playbook, with particular depth in fiber and digital infrastructure.
