Stuart has over 10 years' experience acting for both sponsors and lenders in complex real estate finance transactions, including cross-border mandates, development finance and transactions involving restructuring and distress. Stuart has acted on a number of high-profile matters, advising UK, US and European banks, funds and private capital sponsors across the full spectrum of asset classes, including substantial portfolio transactions and the financing of cross-border non-performing real estate debt.
