Sophie Schultz is a partner in our real estate disputes practice in the UK  

Sophie is highly experienced in property litigation and helps resolve disputes quickly and cost-effectively. Her clients include institutional investors, developers, funders, sovereign wealth funds, landowners and corporate occupiers

She advises on the full range of property disputes, with a particular focus on complex, high-value disputes, including development, rights of light, distressed assets and related professional negligence issues. She also has extensive experience with landlord and tenant matters including breach of covenant, dilapidations, forfeiture, break rights, lease renewals and tenant insolvency.

Rights of light have made up a significant part of her practice for the last 15 years. This includes advising developers on risk-assessment and de-risking strategies and acting for numerous adjoining owners on bringing claims.

She has a track record of achieving excellent results, both in and out of court. She is ranked as a leading partner by Legal 500 and in Band 3 by Chambers & Partners.
