Sarah leads Ashurst Perkins Coie’s global Real Estate group, advising international investors and developers on complex transactions and strategic investment across European real estate markets.
Sarah is Division Chair, Real Estate on the Global Leadership Team of Ashurst Perkins Coie and Head of Region UK.
Sarah advises international investors and developers on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, corporate real estate and joint ventures, development projects and pre-lets. She also supports clients on the strategic management of real estate portfolios and the deployment of capital into European markets.
Her clients include institutional investors, pension funds, investment managers, developers and occupiers. Sarah is known for delivering clear, commercially focused advice and for supporting clients across the lifecycle of their real estate investments.
