Introduction
Sara is an associate in Ashurst Perkins Coie's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice in the firm's Seattle office.
Sara Goldfarb advises leading technology companies, global brands, and top advertising technology companies on privacy matters. In particular, she focuses on state consumer privacy laws, Section 5 of the Federal Trade Commission Act, and newer state laws governing consumer health data. She regularly drafts privacy policies and notices, data protection agreements, and privacy terms in commercial agreements, and she works with companies to develop privacy compliance strategies, product development plans, and data sharing practices.
While attending University of Washington School of Law, Sara was a recipient of the Moot Court Honor Board Speaker Award. Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, she worked in human resources and compensation counseling.
