Rhea Bhatia advises clients on a broad range of technology, privacy, and IP matters across diverse industries. She has experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements involving strategic partnerships, IP rights, software licensing, procurement of professional services, and supply-chain relationships. Rhea also advises clients on privacy law compliance and product counseling. 

Rhea maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal representation to clients seeking clemency. 

Rhea earned her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law, where she served as an articles editor for the Washington Law Review, publishing her note, “A Loophole in the Fourth Amendment: The Government’s Unregulated Purchase of Intimate Health Data.”
