Oliver Cary

Oliver Cary has considerable experience advising established and new fund managers on the formation and raising of their funds. He also consistently assists clients on co-investment, joint-venture and segregated mandate arrangements.

Other relevant experience includes regularly advising fund managers and sponsors on their executive carried interest and investment interest schemes, as well as managers/sponsors and investors on transfers of interests in funds.
