She has delivered a number of high-profile engagements for regional clients, supporting large-scale transformation programs focused on driving profitability, enabling growth and strengthening governance, and is widely recognized for helping organizations leverage governance and risk management as a source of commercial advantage.

A defining focus of Nisha’s work is advising organizations on how to integrate AI into operating models, governance frameworks and workforce strategies - ensuring innovation is matched with accountability, resilience and trust.

Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie's Risk Advisory practice, Nisha was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Rosediem Consulting, a boutique firm advising boards and senior leaders.
