Nicola Toscano

Nicola Toscano's practice focuses in the development and financing of energy and infrastructure projects across loan and debt capital markets, including power generation, oil & gas, LNG, traditional infrastructure (ports, airports, motorways and schools), data centers, core-plus and value-add infrastructure. 

He regularly represents sponsors, banks, private capital firms and export credit agencies. Over the years Nicola has advised on many "first of a kind" transactions in Italy and across EMEA. 

Previously, Nicola has worked as senior in-house counsel for the Corporate Banking Business lines of an international banking institution.

He graduated in law cum laude at the Bocconi University and is a member of the Italian Bar.

He speaks Italian and English.
