Introduction

Martin advises clients on non-contentious commercial contracting and commercial disputes (litigation and arbitration), with deep experience in the engineering and construction, equipment and product manufacturing and technology sectors, and in complex international projects.

Dr Martin Eimer's practice spans a broad spectrum of commercial matters along the entire product and project life-cycles covering non-contentious advisory, as well as disputes and risk management services, litigation and arbitration.

Martin has particular experience in dealing with complex, international construction and engineering projects as well as equipment and product manufacturing in the infrastructure, energy, product manufacturing and technology sectors.

He has also acted on some of the major class actions in Germany in recent years across a range of sectors.

Martin studied at the Universities of Cologne, Munich and Regensburg (Dr. jur.) and at the University of Edinburgh (LL.M.). He has been admitted to the bar in Germany in 2004 and has been a Certified FIDIC Adjudicator since 2018.
