Lindsey helps clients turn ambitious renewable energy visions into reality, advising lenders and sponsors on transformative project finance deals.

Lindsey Bouchara is a partner in Ashurst Perkins Coie's Projects and Energy Transition team. Lindsey has deep experience in Project Finance and has worked on a number of project finance renewables and energy transactions in relation to wind farms, solar parks, biomass plants and energy from waste facilities, advising both lenders and sponsors on complex financing structures including portfolio acquisitions and financings.

  • Funders | On the financing of the Hornsea Two OFTO financing.
