Kaina Pengilly supports clients across all stages of the corporate life cycle, from formation and financing to exit. Kaina advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including venture capital financings, M&A, and general corporate governance.
Before joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Kaina externed for the Hon. Bronson D. James at the Oregon Court of Appeals. While attending Georgetown University Law Center, she served as a student attorney in the university's Social Enterprise & Nonprofit Law Clinic, where she provided legal support to early-stage social enterprises and nonprofit organizations. Kaina was a summer associate at the firm in 2021.
