Jordan Harris has represented Fortune 500 clients in general business litigation matters in state and federal court, including business disputes, antitrust, Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and IP. He has also worked with clients regarding the implications of the Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA), Stored Communications Act (SCA), and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
