Jaymin Patel

Jaymin Patel has experience analyzing legal documents, drafting various legal agreements, and preparing responses to office actions relating to IP, particularly focusing on patent and trademark infringement matters.

Prior to earning his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law, Jaymin was a technical adviser at a law firm where he worked on patent infringement proceedings before the federal district courts and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Jaymin was also a radio frequency/analog integrated circuit design engineer designing circuits and sub-systems for high frequency applications.

Jaymin also has a Master of Science in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in computer engineering from the University of California, Irvine.
