Introduction
Jason is a partner in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice and serves as office managing partner of the firm's Silicon Valley office.
A second-generation Silicon Valley lawyer, Jason Schneiderman counsels founders, entrepreneurs, officers, directors, investors, and emerging growth companies on a wide range of corporate and strategic matters.
His practice spans the full business life cycle, from company formation and founder matters to seed, venture capital, and growth financings, as well as governance, commercial, and day-to-day corporate counseling. Clients rely on him as a trusted advisor who combines practical business judgment with sophisticated legal guidance.
Jason regularly advises international companies establishing and expanding their presence in the United States. Serving as U.S. counsel, he helps foreign businesses address entity formation, corporate governance, financing transactions, and cross-border legal issues while coordinating with counsel in other jurisdictions.
