Hayley Gow advises public and private companies and financial sponsors on a broad range of corporate transactions, including complex public and private M&A, carve-outs, equity raises and investments, joint ventures and restructurings, alongside providing routine governance advice. 

Hayley has been recognized by MergerLinks as a Rising Star in its ranking of the 25 lawyers most active on UK listed company acquisitions and disposals and was commended by The Lawyer in its Festival of Talent for her work on AVEVA's $5 billion acquisition of OSIsoft.

Hayley has been seconded to the firm's Singapore office, the Barclays Bank PLC ECM Legal Team in London and (as a senior associate) to Rothschild & Co in London.
