George helps clients drive transactions to close and address problems pragmatically.

Serving as primary outside counsel for technology companies, George Colindres guides clients in matters including corporate governance, capital structuring, preferred stock and other equity financings, convertible promissory note and other debt financings, and M&As. He also advises venture capital firms, strategic investors, angels and angel groups, and other investors in connection with investments in portfolio companies and exit transactions. 

George's clients are involved in an array of industries, including bio agriculture, biotechnology, and pharmaceuticals; clean tech; digital health; food and beverage; gaming; internet and e-commerce; Internet of Things; medical devices; semiconductors; telecommunications; real estate; and retail and consumer products. 

George is the managing partner of Ashurst Perkin Coie’s Los Angeles office and chaired its Diversity, Inclusion & Opportunity Committee from 2013 to 2023.
