Introduction
Emmanuelle advises on corporate tax across M&A, LBOs, refinancing and restructuring for industrials, private equity, credit institutions and funds, including tax dispute resolution.
Emmanuelle Pontnau-Faure heads the Paris tax department focusing on corporate tax matters, advising industrials, private equity investors, credit institutions, real estate and hedge funds. She assists on tax matters related to a large range of transactions including notably M&A, LBO transaction, refinancing and intra-group restructuring. Emmanuelle's practice also includes advising in relation with the resolution of disputes with the French tax authorities.
Emmanuelle is a member of the Paris Bar.
