Introduction
Dora counsels clients in the technology, media, energy, and resources sectors on all aspects of U.K. and EU competition law.
Dora Pap is an antitrust and competition lawyer, and advises on a broad range of competition law matters, including multijurisdictional merger control, market studies and sector inquiries, competition compliance issues, and related EU regulations such as the Digital Markets Act.
Prior to joining Ashurst Perkins Coie, Dora was seconded to the U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority, where she served as the principal case officer on two Phase 1 mergers. She was also seconded to a leading global tech company, where she worked on a variety of EU competition law and broader regulatory issues.
